How To NOT Conquer Sexual Performance Anxiety

Many men with Sexual Performance Anxiety make this crucial mistake – they try to find a way to get 100% certainty they will get an erection. In other words, they yearn for guaranteed erection despite the anxiety that they have.  But as a result of that, their anxiety only increases and they get even less certainty that they will be able to get an erection. It is the same as if a drug addict would want to stop his addiction, but instead would worry what he needs to do to get another dose of drugs.

And Sexual Performance Anxiety is nothing more than that. It is an addiction.

In order to really cure yourself from performance anxiety, we don’t need to find an answer to “what if i can’t get it up?”. The problem is not in the lack of answer or in the lack of certainty, the problem is in the question itself. The real solution is not finding the answer, the real solution is not asking a question. When you will have sex without such question popping up in your mind, then you can say you are cured from performance anxiety. And the questions will stop when you do not have a need for a guaranteed result.

Now, a serious question:

Why do men look for a guaranteed erection when having sex and why they don’t worry about erection when they masturabate? In both cases the result is the same – Erection. But it seems like no man worries about erection when he masturabates, but a lot of men worry about erection when they have sex with a woman. It is because many men have a need to be liked by a woman, or they afraid they will lose value in their eyes.
